| Here is our respective eating history for the week before. It's going to be interesting to see what symptoms if any we have from this cleanse.

2:30pm - 6 mini pizzas
7:30pm - ver spicy Lamb Vindaloo, Rice, Water
9:30pm - 4 oreo cookies

6:00am - Running, light workout, some water, off to work
1:00pm - some sprouts, fruit, some nuts
7:30pm - Apple, kiwi, etc - fruit
8:00pm - Made granola from almonds, walnuts, sunflower, tried some. Shaped into granola bars, dehydrating now

12:00pm - leftover Lamb Vindaloo, Rice, blueberries
4:00pm - Honeydew
7:00pm - Daal, leftover Lamb Vindaloo, Rice, Water
9:00pm - 4 oreo cookies

7:00am - Running, light workout, some water
12:00pm - berries and fruit, with a lot of vanilla creme
4:00pm - 1/2 of a Honeydew + a lot of cashews
4:30pm - don't feel too good from that combination
7:00pm - feel fine, a bit of fruit

12:00pm - 4 dunkin Donuts munchkins
1:00pm - 5 Indian breads filled with peas (kochuri) potato curry (Aloo Dum), water
1:30pm - Coffee w. milk & sugar
6:00pm - Homemade cabbage curry, poppy seed curry, lam curry, neem & potatoes, boiled rice, water
Oreo Cookies - NONE!
SIDENOTE: I have a headache today

8:00am - some water
11:00am - grapes and fruit, some carrots, some more honeydew, granola bars
7:00pm - some more honeydew, granola bars, fruit

7:30pm - lefover homemade daal, cabage curry and poppy seed curry

6:00am - light workout, some water, off to work
12:30pm - sprouts (lentils), nectarine, Sharon, Kiwi
2:00pm-4:00pm - occasional almonds
8:00pm - some honeydew, kiwi, some granola bars with Vanilla Creme.
(9am - 5pm - Lots of water, 40oz+)

6:00am - Overcame the 'sorry for myself' state! Feel awesome and powerful
12:30pm - Lots of sprouts (black Channa and Adzuki), Red Delicious apple, Sharon, Kiwi
2:00pm-4:00pm - frequent almonds
8:00pm - remaining honeydew, big apple, kiwi.
9:00pm-10:00pm - lots of granola bars, feel fine anyway
(9am - 5pm - not a lot of water, about 16oz)

6:00am - Running, workout, a bit of water, off to work. Still feel great, in charge of my life
1:30pm - Lunch at Whole Foods: raw salads and raw vegetable balls
3:00pm - 3 mini bananas. Fighting with Taz, stressed
7:30pm - Apples, pears, grapes and lots and lots of granola with Vanilla Creme
10:00pm-midnight - Trying to stop my mind to fall asleep

12:00pm - Smooth Moove laxative tea

6:00am - a bit of water, off to work. Feel like I am three times weaker than yesterday, every bit of energy requires effort
1:00pm - Lots of sprouts (lentils, some adzuki), berries, apple, nectarine
7:30pm - One Mango, off to yoga. That was my last meal
